    • What payment methods are accepted by the property?

      We accept cash (Japanese yen) and credit cards, including AMEX, VISA, MASTER, JCB, UNION PAY, and DINERS.

    • What is the check-in and check-out policy of your hotel?

      Check-in: Available from 3:00 PM. If you plan to check in after 1:00 AM, please contact the hotel in advance.
      Check-out: Rooms are available until 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM, depending on the type of room.

      Early check-in or late check-out is available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please check with the front desk on the day of your stay.

      Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM.

    • Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?

      Yes, you can send your luggage in advance. Please ensure that the delivery slip includes the same full name and phone number as the person making the reservation. Additionally, make sure the item is prepaid.

    • What is the nearest station?

      The nearest station is Sakuragicho on the JR Keihin Tohoku Line. If you have a ticket, exit via the south exit gate and proceed to the right. If using an IC card, please use the new south exit gate.

    • Until what age can children co-sleep?

      Children up to the age of 12 can sleep with their parents in the same bed.

    • If I make a reservation for the wrong date or time, can I change it?

      Changes may be possible depending on the type of reservation and availability. Please contact our reservations department for assistance.
